ANDREA LAVORENTI

Senior Executive with distinctive experience, both in multinational and family-owned business contexts. He began his career as a CFO, but his responsibilities have since expanded to include business leadership and the management of complex industrial and financial restructuring projects. Andrea has also led over 20 M&A transactions, both domestic and cross-border.

Master Degree in Economics, 13th Bocconi MBA, 14th FMP at Stanford, Certified Public Accountant, Andrea holds the role of Member of the Board of Directors, the Board of Statutory Auditors, the Supervisory Board of several companies

GIOVANNI GAMBIN

Senior executive with +30 years of international experience. Giovanni has held CEO and other senior management positions in multinational companies in building automation, home automation and security, start-ups, contract manufacturing, and other industries He has a strong track record of success in R&D, product development, industrial design, operations, sales, and marketing. Giovanni has led multi-site companies in multiple countries and managed P&Ls of over $50 million. Giovanni has also been involved in major M&A initiatives.

Giovanni has a solid experience in marketing and business development activities both in Italy and in emerging markets. He has served on the boards of several national industrial associations. Giovanni is an entrepreneur and has founded several companies in the e-commerce sector.

DAVIDE SNAIDERO

Davide has 20 years of experience in strategic consulting, supporting large multinational groups, primarily operating in the Industrial Goods & Services, Construction, Defense and Private Equity sectors. He has a solid track record in a variety of areas of expertise, including portfolio and business strategy, growth, innovation, M&A, post-merger integration, operational excellence and people & organization.

Before joining Lavorenti&Partners, Davide worked as a Partner at Value Partners. Master Degree with honors in Management Engineering from the University of Udine.

MAURIZIO PAPINI

Maurizio Papini is a senior executive with international experience. He has held the role of Chief Architect for the implementation of industrial automation systems in the steel sector and ERP systems for Fortune 500 companies in the United States. . He is a pioneer of the web in Italy and has been Chief Engineer and CTO of startups that have developed innovative platforms and business models for e-commerce.

Maurizio has worked for Danieli Automation, Generali Business Solutions, Calligaris, Reply, as well as Datacorp and Oracle in the United States. As CTO for Lottomatica Group in Sweden and in the United Kingdom, he has developed platforms for the management of national lotteries and online gaming for the governments of Norway and Ontario.

He is an evangelist for the Agile methodology, which he has successfully applied to his projects since 2001.

JEAN PIERRE PONT

Jean-Pierre is a senior manager who lives and works in France He has a commercial background with experience in sales network management in the French retail industry. Since the early 2000s, he has been the leader of the extraordinary development of FBD Group, which has become the world's largest retail network specializing in kitchen furniture and appliances with over 500 stores in over 20 countries. He is considered one of the leading experts in Europe in distribution using the franchising methodology.

Jean-Pierre is an asset to Lavorenti & Partners and is willing to provide customers the right mix of strategies in a time of critical coexistence between physical distribution, e-commerce, and the digital experience.
